DON'T KEEP THESE 5 THINGS IN YOUR BEDROOM



There are some things that we should avoid putting in our bedrooms because of their negative consequences.  We know some of them while we are completely unaware of the others. This is why I would like to share with you some of the things that you should avoid putting in your bedroom.  You can even read more from this blog 10 Things You Should Never Keep in Your Bedroom. So, here are the five things you should never keep in your bedroom

1.      Electronic devices

You should not keep the electronic devices like smartphones, laptops, etc. in your room because they can distract you, and as we know they are addictive. It is advisable to stop using your phone 2 hours before you go to bed.

2.      Photo frames on the table sides

On your table sides you should put important things like sleeping mask, alarms, eye glasses. Do not fill your table with photo frames, art décor, etc. If you put a lot of things, your room will look messy. So, you should keep those things that you need for your sleep

3.      Food and drinks

If you bring the drinks and food in your room, you are exposing your things like mattress, bed sheets, carpet to the risk of dirty and staying with some stains. Never make it a habit to eat or drink in the room. Practice self-discipline in your room and by all means protect it.

4.      Make up and Hygiene products

If you have a makeup drawer in your where you sleep; it is better to put it somewhere in the bathroom or find another specific place for them. this is because the powder, lotion, or other materials you use are likely to hang in the room or fall on your sheets, carpets, or one of your precious furniture.

5.      Work materials

a place where you sleep is the place of relaxing and being away from stress. Do not keep your working materials such as office files or laptops in your bedroom because they are the constant reminder of the work you have to do and they stimulate stress. You can still have the work materials at home but not in your bedroom.
You can go in a café nearby your home and work on what you want in case you do not have an office at home.
